Hilo Chen’s Half Naked Girls on the Beach
May 14th, 2008 by NicoleHilo Chen was born in 1942 in Taiwan and moved to New York in 1968 after living in Paris. This series of paintings depicts beautiful women sun bathing on the beach. Yes, I said paintings! It’s amazing how he captures the photo realistic details like water droplets and lighting of the skin. His work is represented by the Benarducci Meisel Gallery.
